There is no one way to teach children but there is a right way for each child.
On Friday, May 24th, the Thompson Online Office will be open from 9 am to 12 pm.
The office will be closed in the afternoon.
Thompson Online Summer Office Hours
Please note our summer office hours:
- For June 3 - 14, our office will be open Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm.
- For June 17 - July 26, our office will be closed.
- For July 29 - August 30, our office will be open Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Thompson Online - Graduating Seniors
This year's graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, May 24th, from 2 to 2:30 pm at the Administration Building-Boardroom.
Thompson Online - Finals
Finals must be taken at the Thompson Online Office (2605 Carlisle Drive, Loveland 80537) or with a proctor at a "brick and mortar" school. Graduating seniors must have finals taken no later than Friday, May 10th. (Graduating seniors can come to our office Monday - Friday between 9 am and 2 pm and/or come on Thursday, May 9th from 5 to 7 pm.) All other students must have finals taken no later than Friday, May 24th. (Non-graduating seniors can come to our office Monday - Friday between 9 am and 2 pm and/or come on Thursday, May 23rd from 5 to 7 pm.) Please call our office if you need to make other arrangements.
Thompson School District 2013 Summer Food Service Program
The Thompson School District Nutrition Services Department has announced their sponsorship of the 2013 Summer Food Service Program. The program will begin June 3rd and run through August 2nd, excluding the week of July 1st. A nutritious lunch will be served at six Loveland schools and two remote sites. Serving times will be from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Locations include: BF Kitchen Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Sarah Milner Elementary, Winona Elementary, Truscott Elementary, Conrad Ball Middle School and Lago Vista Mobile Home Park and Waterford Place. Meal selections are available via printed menu at the school sites or online. For more information, please contact Allie Clarke at 970-613-5143.
Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program for 2013
On June 8th, Barnes and Noble (Centerra) will have a Summer Reading Kick-Off Party. The theme this summer is Dragons! Thompson School District - High School 2013 Summer Options
There will be two options available for high school students needing or wanting to take summer classes: credit recovery and get ahead credit. (These options are not through Thompson Online.) All classes will be held in the computer labs or classrooms at Ferguson High School. Students will attend four days per week (Monday - Thursday) for two hours each day. Current Students -- Do You Need To Arrange A Pre-Arranged Absence?
If a student anticipates an extended absence, the student must email the Thompson Online office at least 48 hours prior to the absence. Or, if a student is ill and/or unable to work, please email us. Our email address is: thompsononline@thompsonschools.org.
Interested in Credit Recovery Through Thompson Online?
Thompson Online offers credit recovery classes for high school students. Available classes include:
Language Arts: English I, English II, English III and English IV
Math: Algebra I, Algebra II and Geometry
Science: Biology, Earth Science and Physical Science
Social Studies: American Government, American History, Geography and World History
Other: Health, Physical Education, Spanish I and Economics

Fund Cause - Give as You Shop
There is a brand new way you can contribute to the Thompson Schools, including Thompson Online, that won't cost you a penny more than you already spend. All you need to do is log onto thompson-k12.fundcause.org. By spending the same as you already do when you shop online, you'll be contributing funds to the Thompson Schools.
